Information We Collect
- Account information: full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and profile photo (if you upload one).
- Location: with your permission, we use your location only to show nearby barbershops while you're using the app.
- Booking data: the services you select, your preferred branch and barber, and your past and upcoming appointment history.
- Push notification token: your device's push token, used only to deliver booking alerts and reminders.
- Sign-in data: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we only receive the name and email associated with that account.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the booking service and connect you with barbershops.
- To send appointment reminders and booking status alerts.
- To show you nearby branches based on your location.
- To improve your experience within the app.
Data Sharing
When you complete a booking, your name and phone number are shared only with the specific barbershop you booked with, so their staff can reach you about your appointment. We never sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing tracking.
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the app: Supabase (data hosting and authentication), MapTiler (map display), and Expo (push notification delivery).
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

You may access, correct, or request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
Muzayyin is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
